Corpex Global FZE ("Corpex", "we", "us") is a digital growth partner operating from Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, with an office in Wakefield, United Kingdom. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and our work, why we hold it, and the rights you have over it.
Who is responsible for your data
Corpex Global is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. For any question about this policy, or to exercise a right below, email hello@corpex-global.com and we will reply within one working day.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: your name, email address, phone number and any information you include when you write to us, book a call or ask for the Business Growth Audit.
- Client working data: during an engagement we are given access to accounts, analytics and business figures. This is used only to do the work agreed and is covered by a separate engagement agreement.
- Anonymous counts: we count which version of a page was shown and whether it led to an enquiry. These counts carry no cookie, no IP address and no identifier.
- Website analytics: aggregate, mostly anonymised data about how pages are used (device type, referring page, approximate region). This is collected only if you accept the analytics cookie.
- Your region choice: if you pick a region with the flag button, we keep that choice in a small cookie so prices stay in your currency.
The growth assessment on the home page runs entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are not sent to us or stored anywhere.
Why we hold it, and our lawful basis
- To answer your enquiry and deliver the audit or engagement you asked for, on the basis of taking steps to enter into, or perform, a contract with you.
- To keep records required for tax, accounting and dispute resolution, on the basis of our legal obligations and legitimate interests.
- To improve the website, on the basis of your consent to the analytics and advertising cookies, which you can refuse or withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months from our last contact. Client records are kept for seven years after an engagement ends, to meet accounting and legal requirements. Analytics data is retained in aggregate only.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to a particular use. To do any of these, email hello@corpex-global.com. If you are in the UK and are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date above will change with it. Material changes affecting people who have contacted us will be notified by email.
