These terms govern your use of corpex-global.com and set out the basis on which Corpex Global FZE ("Corpex", "we") provides its services. Using this website means you accept these terms. Individual engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over anything here if the two ever conflict.
Using this website
The content on this site is provided for general information. It does not constitute advice you should act on without a proper engagement, and figures shown, including the home page growth assessment and the pictures of example reports, are illustrative estimates rather than guarantees. You may view and share the pages freely. You may not copy the site's design or written content for commercial use without written permission.
The growth assessment
The assessment on the home page produces a rough, directional figure from the numbers you enter. It runs in your browser, stores nothing, and is not a valuation, a forecast, or a promise of results. The Business Growth Audit exists precisely to replace those assumptions with real analysis.
The Business Growth Audit and other services
The Business Growth Audit is a paid, fixed-price diagnostic. Its price is published on this site by region and is payable before the work begins. We commit to a structured diagnosis, clear priorities and a written plan. We do not guarantee sales, profit, rankings or any outcome outside our control, and we will say so before you buy.
If you go on to buy a project or retainer, the audit fee is credited against the first invoice. Larger engagements are scoped, quoted and agreed in writing before any work starts.
Prices and regions
Prices are shown for the region you are in, or the region you choose with the flag button. Starting prices marked From are confirmed in writing before any work begins.
Payment
Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Prices are exclusive of any applicable tax unless stated otherwise. Where a project is staged, each stage is invoiced as it begins or completes, as set out in the engagement agreement.
Intellectual property
On full payment for an engagement, ownership of the final deliverables produced for you passes to you, including working files, as described in that engagement's agreement. Corpex retains ownership of its own methods, templates and internal tools. We may describe the work at a high level as an example of our approach unless you ask us in writing not to.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability arising from the website or any engagement is limited to the fees you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
